Floor Plans:

Cerulean was built to take advantage of its stunning location on Barnes Bay, and the villa is extremely open and airy: with high ceilings, fans throughout, and French doors that open to the sea. The floors are all imported stone tile, and most of the furniture was made specifically for the house by craftsmen in both Mexico and Morocco. The beauty of the house can be attested to, by the fact that it has been photographed by both House and Garden and Italian Architectural Digest.

The 40x25 foot freshwater pool overlooks the sea and is suitable for swimming laps as well as just floating. There is a shallow edge that runs around the perimeter of the pool, which provides an ideal play space for children. Surrounding the pool is a 3,000 square foot stone deck with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables for dining al fresco.

The house is equipped with cable television (60+ channels,) VCRs, DVDs, a stereo system that can connect to guest’s iPods, and a library of books, videos, CD’s and games.  There are fax machines for the guest’s use, a cell phone, computer with Internet connection.
