Rental Notes:

* Air conditioning except in the kitchen. Available: Washing machine, Internet access. Garage for a small boat with access to the sea. On request: cleaning lady, cook (extra.) Private mooring. Please note: only one pet allowed.
* Heating payable locally according to use.
* Bed linen/towels: Weekly bed linen and bath towels included in the rate
* A deposit of EUR 2,000 cash is due on arrival
* Booking fee (USD 30.00)
* Final cleaning (USD 548.00)
