Little Hay Cottage: Two storey thached residence on the estate of Sheen Falls Lodge, with adjoining guest accommodation at Garden Cottage. Surrounded by an acre of private garden with stunning views of the Kenmare Bay. The Kitchen has a fireplace and 10-foot long oak dining table. The Sun Room, which opens onto the Terrace, and the Lounge with a fireplace, candelabras and polished oak floor. The Bedrooms offers walk our balconies. The Master Bedroom as a 7ft. x 7ft. king bed, and the second bedroom have as bed that be be seperated for twin occupancy, or zipped and linked to a king bed. Both bedrooms have marble bathrooms, twin vanities and separate shower enclosure to the tub.

Garden Cottage: Even though it is only a five-minute walk to the hotel reception, Garden Cottage is completely hidden away from the hotel, with security gates to a private avenue that winds it way down to the cottages at the water's edge.  Garden Cottage has the same spacious bedroom configuration as Little Hay Cottage, with entrance hallway to a cozy lounge with kitchenette. The entrance to the Garden Cottage is only a few steps aways from Little Hay, yet it is practically hidden from view, as it is built on a lower elevation and is a single storey high.

The Green: A self-catering residence with magnificent views overlooking Kenmare Bay and the 16th Green of Kenmare Golf Course. As you enter The Green is is apparent that this house is a part of Sheen Falls Lodge. The quality of the finish and furnishings in soft hues and tones is reminiscent of the lounges and rooms at Sheen Falls Lodge, yet this can be enjoyed at The Green with a certain independence and privacy.  The house, located at the end of a secluded road, comprises a sitting room, dining room and kitchen , all overlooking Kenmare Bay. There are five bedrooms, all en suite with Italian marble between two of the bedrooms. Only a few minutes walk from the hotel, The Green offers the opportunity to family, golfing or corprate groups to enjoy more living space and privacy than staying in the main hotel, while still availing of all the hotel facilities.
